開催にあたって

This is a newly organized Forum, which will bring together non-Japanese executives working at their firm’s parent companies in Japan and their Japanese counterparts, to learn together and from each other. This forum will be a unique opportunity to interact with peers and to find answers for the challenges facing Japanese companies as they globalize.

✔Effective approaches to global talent management and cross-cultural communications

 ■ Features of this Forum■
　Program and discussions to be conducted ENTIRELY IN ENGLISH

●In-depth discussion and analysis of global management issues in English, in a confidential setting.
●The Forum consists of 4 guest presentations, offering frameworks and cases, followed by group discussion hour for mutual exchange of thoughts and insights.
●Interested participants can continue the conversation during voluntary cash-paid beer and snacks reception which will be held in the Forum hosting facility.

✔Applications limited to English-speaking business people
✔Entry condition: Up to two applicants from each company,if registered jointly
Intended Participants of this Forum: Business people with work experience in overseas subsidiary, engaged in global management, responsible for overall business strategies. Foreign staffs, managers and executives with business experience with or in Japanese organizations. Pairing up Non-Japanese and Japanese is highly recommended.

1991年　早稲田大学大学院理工学研究科　電気工学専攻修士課程修了。同年、野村総合研究所入社。経営戦略、業績評価管理、ＣＳＲ、グローバル経営システム構築、本社機構改革などのコンサルティングに従事。1996年ハーバード・ビジネス・スクール経営学修士（ＭＢＡ）取得。R.S.カプラン教授に師事。
現在、野村総合研究所　コーポレートイノベーションコンサルティング部　上席コンサルタント。

Building on an educational background in mechanical engineering, Takehiko Tsutsui joined Japan Tobacco Inc. in 1997. After spending 6 years in the manufacturing division, he joined in a M&A project. Then, he relocated to JT International (Switzerland) where he continued to work on M&A projects and was appointed to Vice President of Corporate Strategy. In 2012, he returned to Tokyo and in 2014, took a position as Senior Vice President to oversee Group-wide business development activities.

1997年理工学部卒業後、日本たばこ産業株式会社(JT)入社。小田原工場、本社製造部を経て、経営企画部で企業買収プロジェクトに参画。2005年よりスイ所在のJTインターナショナルへ出向し、M&Aを担当後、コーポレートストラテジー担当部長に。12年に帰国しJT本社の経営企画部長に就任、様々な変革プロジェクトをリード。14年より現職にてM&A及び新規事業創造に注力している。

a plan administrator for corporate pensions.
Responsibilities include market development, design, structuring, and client portfolio construction and monitoring.
In addition, Mr. Lloyd is also involved with pension advocacy by promoting knowledge and best practices to the
related Japanese governmental agencies.
Prior to his current position Mr. Lloyd held roles in finance and capital markets.

現在、損保ジャパン日本興亜DC 証券の企業型年金運営管理部門においてディレクターとして
勤務中。業務範囲は、企業年金の制度設計から、運用商品の選定・モニタリングまで多岐に
わたり、法人・個人クライアントとのコミュニケーションにおいて幅広い経験を有する。
